Exhaust header tape . Sold in just about every auto parts store . Or order off Amazon.

I got mine off ebay ...

Simple its called a pipe stretcher. I know sounds like a joke but take the exhaust to a muffler shop and they should be able to cut and stretch the inner diameter for you.

I have one installed myself .
Relocate the unit to shorten the exhaust ( no more than 2 m length) .
Use smooth pvc pipe for as much of the warm air run as practical . ( reduces turbulence )
helps...
