Last winter (2014) I came across an early 80s Pearson 30 which the seller reduced to $5K asking price. There was nothing wrong with it, other than the usual 35 year old boat ongoing maintenance...

Mariner 36 (NH built not the Taiwan built, 2 different companies). As these were not very well known outside New England area and under 100 were built they don't command the price of Sabre or Pearson...
