Although The VDS34 was sold, The broker did not offer to refund the down payment. He only mailed me that he believes the owner family will give back the down payment, which did not happen.

The wording for the 10 % amount paid in advance was « down payment ».

Although I did not agree with the final rating, given what I had seen, « Adequate to more than adequate », Mr Olaf Cox...
