Thanks a lot for the advice,
accelerated panning was unchecked.
Whe I unchecked opengl support, the screen handling was done properly and the problem was solved.
So it looked like I had a...

Dave,
I have installed Version 3.3.1731 Build 2014-05-31

when moving the chart the track is copy many times on screen.
See the attached picture.
I think it is a bug, because i never had it...
