The point was that there is precedent for goofing with cavitation plate geometry. If worried about removing area from the anti-cavitation plate (I would be too, but I'd probably do it if we were... |

Hmmm - So have you considered grinding that half inch or so off the cavitation plate? Something tells me the geometry doesn't have to be... exact. :) ... |
