Could that be a 25 Amp circuit breaker?

And if so, it's still breaking. Suggesting a fault somewhere.

Just guessing. I've not had the fault.

You're 100% sure that AC of the proper voltage and polarity is connected?

Any other LEDs lit: the low battery LED? the Overtemp/Overload LED?
