I have replaced batteries. SAME battery for a small percentage of the factory replacement cost. I have done this with a lot of electronics that make it difficult to get at the battery for commercial...

It is alway best to get the full story before attributing blame. There are a lot of suppositions here, some which may indeed be the truth, but as of yet, we just have a missing family and one body...
