Lol I sailed it for a year with gentle water.. Then I saw the other side...... its a shallow bay.. when the wind hits its....... nasty..... I lived near there so sailed it for 7 years and out into... |

Yes. I have sailed Heavenly Twins and Catalacs 8 and 9 and a 10, Prout (not keen) and Gemini. I love the H.T. Design.... Its now my favourite. I like the Gemini all round. I have been a member... |

Its not that I think it would be fine....... it along with MANY small Cats of the British designers have done it a lot. Im not a lover of the big voyages myself. Ive done UK New York on cruise... |

Its not a vessel I would regularly like to cross oceans with. However, set up right, good crew, it will be fine. Its reassuring to know it CAN do it. :thumb: |

Its a small Catamaran with a lowish clearance. Its going to be noisy in big seas. They hit 18 Knots wave sliding hence the drogue. I was impressed. A lot of small Cats have crossed both ways.... |
