OK - It gets stranger... After running for 20 minutes, the charging light on the engine has stopped flashing and the current is now up to 55A... I really don't know where to look now!

Charging Current

This morning my batteries were at 12.0 V - the monitor saying about 55% capacity, so I started the engine to do some charging...
I have a Balmar 100A alternator and a Balmar 'Max Charge MC-614'...
