Hereford inlet is just north of Cape May. Yikes. None of these unjettied ocean inlets is navigable by a keelboat without the best of weather and best of local knowledge. And even then. My engine... |

Which inlet? No offense to your friend, but there’s not an uncharted inlet in NJ one should do in broad daylight and calm, let alone at night, in a keelboat. To my knowledge only 3 real jettied... |
