Yes, in theory you are correct, if deep enough and tight enough you don't need glue/epoxy or whatever. It is good though to apply something to the screw threads in case the plug fails. |

With epoxy, a little heat will soften it up and they will come out just fine. The real problem with epoxy is you have to keep it cold, have everything ready, and use a small amount at a time,... |
