That would be my guess as well. Definitely no stays to the bows, but not unusual to hook a spinnaker halyard there. Edit, looks like they've hoist an anchor ball on a masthead halyard to the... |

2 forestays because they are cutter rigged. 2 backstays - one to each hull. 1 lower shroud and 1 upper shroud on each side. (you need the lower for the inner forestay) A good solid rig. |
