Thanks for your thoughts, we really like the model and feel they make good sailers and homes at the same time which is a hard combo to do well. They are by no means perfect and I hate...

Yep we are closing in a couple in Europe, what amazes me is the ridiculous range of asking prices. I guess some owners set them to sell and others to dip a toe in the water.
