I am happy with peoples choices when they are. I however own a Catalac 10 and liveaboard it since 2007. My experience, never diesel smell, my inboards are easily accessable even 3 adults fit right...

Get a catalac 10 or 12 meter spacious, best ventilation, two inboards with sd20 yanmar saildrives most reliable. You have experience with what can happen with the gas. I am sorry but a cat or yacht...
