reporting depth on a given route

One of the pain and risk of electronic routing is to route over shalow waters without noticing it until too late.
One must review the entire route with a detailled scale what is a pain. Not doing it...

NMEA 183 version 4.0 header support

NMEA 183 version 4.0 introduced a Tag Block which should be ignored by compliant NMEA parser.
For example the multiplexer Miniplex-2 send such tags on the USB interface.
