And I think all this time I have been focusing on storms and reefs, being run over by ships and leaking garboards. The real enemy is laying on the dock. |

That's 1-1/2 to 2 gallons per person per day. Not what I've done backpacking. Cut way back on water usage is first step. I use 1 gallon drinking water jugs on my Peep Hen (14'), figure 1/2 gallon... |
