I opened the switch up and the contacts are burned out. It only drives the small Rule pump.

Hello. What a load of rubbish the new Rule switches are. I have had 2 now fail within 3 months. This is dangerous as a float switch is relied upon to stop the bilge flooding. I will now be looking...
