Bellingham, WA has come out with some restrictions over the past year, that go somethin like this....You can anchor of Boulevard Park for 3 days at no charge, after that you can stay for up to 30...

Three marinas come to mind. The first two are NO Problem, for live a boards. All you are charged for is slip fee and power... The third may be the same, but I have only visited there... All...
