Looking over some old (80's) Bosch Parts catalogs, the PFE number is probably an alternate inventory/parts ID number. The "UT" number is likely degrees from TDC for initial or possibly spill timing,...

Not a clue. Ask a Bosch injection rebuilder. Or a Bosch engineer.

Either way would work OK but if using the new ones I would put some cam assembly lube on the surface of #12. The thickness of the washers determine the injection pump timing. Refer to the service...
