Re: Looking for Advice on Chesapeake Bay Area Liveaboard Recommendations

Re: Looking for Advice on Chesapeake Bay Area Liveaboard Recommendations

I looked closer, too: North Beach to DC, MTA commuter bus line 904, Martz/Gold Line, lots of DC stops including 4 different downtown Metro stations. Not bad... Looks like 1:45 from end points, 1:10...

Re: Looking for Advice on Chesapeake Bay Area Liveaboard Recommendations

I know Shipwright Harbor. Nice enough place: boatyard, pool, clean...

Not on the same scale as HHN, though, right across the creek. Even if less expensive, I'd prefer HHN for all their on-site...

Re: Looking for Advice on Chesapeake Bay Area Liveaboard Recommendations

Steve, you can Google "annapolis commuter bus" and the links to Dillon Bus Service will give you insight into routes from out here (Annapolis area) to over there (DC). I'd forgotten they run from...

Re: Looking for Advice on Chesapeake Bay Area Liveaboard Recommendations

Yep, Steve, got it.

I've heard the Capital Yacht Club in downtown DC may have some liveaboard potential... You might check that, just in case.... but also consider that's WAY up the Potomac, so...

Re: Looking for Advice on Chesapeake Bay Area Liveaboard Recommendations
