It ends shortly after turning to starboard. And the end was filled with silicone. It took some work to force the wire snake from the outside in and thru the silicone calk. There is no pre-run chase...

Lol, I'll take donations :) I need to make another HarborF run and pick up a cheap pair.. Measured the diameter quick tonight.. 1 13/16".. So? 1 1/2" diameter for sure.. I'm pretty sure the flanges...

Yep, wiring thru the traveler will be easy.. Getting the wires thru the cockpit area will require a little finesse and a hammer.

The VMpp of the Sunpower panels are 60v/6amp. 11-14AWG would be acceptable for the necessary run. I'll be running the wire in the next couple weeks and I'll report back what I find.
