Can't manage that but here are mbtiles of the satimage and the chart is a geotiff.

Using the wrong projection. You need to use latitude/longitude/WGS84 format.

In the master catalog. The satimage needs to be taken from SASplanet.

Have a look at the Photolayer plugin. Save the satimage as a geotiff in lat/lon format. Open with Photolayer. Use the transparency slider.
