Some things expire from age. Anything canvas or fabric and that includes cockpit enclosures and sail covers as well as sails and upholstery. On a 45 ft boat that would be easily $25K for good stuff...

How about vastly different for sure.

Clue: In any situation where there are multiple available the one in best condition usually ends up costing less later on even if you pay more up front....

That isn't accurate The commission is paid when the deal closes. Deals that don't close - don't pay anything. Good brokers make more money closing the deal that both parties will sign quickly and not...

It won't be easy to find a broker that will do that. They work with the idea that they will get paid. Good brokers talk you out of stupid Ideas. There may be a great many boats worth 30% of asking...

NADA makes money from the insurance and banking industry. When you look at "all" boats the results are just a numbers game. Insurance and loans are a numbers game too and NADA helps those industries...

I would strongly disagree. The survey is to allow you to purchase insurance and / or secure a loan and for the most part and it should be a make or break the deal and not open a new negotiation....
