Aerogen wind generator question

I have a rebuilt 12 volt aerogen 6 but am missing the stock regulator. manual indicates that the regulator channels the generated power to dump resistors when the batteries are full.

Weekly output at 12Knots 670Ah
Starts charging 0.5A at 6.5 Knots, Maximum windspeed of 45 knots gives 30A

Aerogen 6 wind generator

Finished cruising and have a rebuilt Aerogen 6 wind generator that is taking up needed shop space. It has been rebuilt with new bearings and a 12 volt winding, replacing the original 24 volt winding....
