With relays, be careful what youre using. Many are not designed for continuous operation (like a starter or windlass relay). Also, relays draw power in use- no fun to draw a continuous amp whenever... |

They certainly look like classic pop rivets, probably stainless. Just use a drill bit a bit larger than the center hole to ream away the rim from the shaft - the rim should come free, then you drive... |
