am about to deliver a beneteau oceanis up to manilla, was wondering if anyone knows how safe the route is via TI, torres straights, along the png/iran jaya coast around up into indonesia waters...

gday there, dont know if you got away yet, its approx 13000nms, delivery quote of 45500 (30500 up front, 15000 on completion) all expenses are the owners, ie flights, food, marina fees etc.
