Thank you for the reply.

Good idea to include a letter in the top of the checked bag, explaining matters, along with copies of passport, USCG Documentation, etc. I will do that.

My boat is in transit in the Dominican Republic, en route to St. Thomas.

I'm in the U.S. When I return to the boat I want to bring an injector pump and a lift pump for my boat's diesel engine.
