I have a Volvo MD 2040 engine at around 3000 hrs. There is oil leakage for some time. The amount is not serious but annoying. The mechanic has seen the leak from crank posterior seal.

I should not mislead you. Up to my knowledge non of the marinas give service.
You call technicians or small companies to deal with the problem. They are recognised by the marina but marina is not...

It does. Annually. I don't understand and find a bit cheeky why selling adverts recommend 3 yrs service frequency and the service advices and stamps annually.

I have a solid case Plastimo off-shore life raft for 6 persons? I could not find a solid technical advice/manual for servicing periods. I have recommendations as annually, every 2 and every 3 years.

Check the website of Setur Marinas. They have quite a number marinas, the somewhat remote ones such as Kas are cheaper. You can calculate the offer price on the web, and maybe have some discount.
