On the top of the rudder shaft there is a possibility to attach (loop through) a line... so what you have to do, when the boat is in the water is to lower the(guide) line through the shaft tunnel ...

Sorry, but you got the wrong impression.... the only reason i thought that for instance a bow and arrow would work, has mainly to do with registration and clearing in and out a country, besides you...
