Marianas are not only charging high live a board rates (some $300.). They also charge for electricity and water. They site we use the facilities more. (Is that the rest room?) what stops any boat...

Most marinas have jumped on the band wagon and are charging from $300-500 to live aboard here in San Diego in addition to slip fee. Here at Pier 32 Marina I pay $749+electricity for a 36' slip.
