Arrow '89 or Older, $20K, 30' - Insurable?

I am buying a 20 year old or older boat for under 20k
and going to live in the abacos for 8 months
is this sort of boat insurable or am i just going to have to be careful

I am moving to the abacos in mid-November and i only have 20k to purchase the boat with. Do I have enough money to maintain a fridge system, we will be at anchor alot....

all the other classes I've found look like they are an expensive and very short charter. Which seems like a waste of resources to me.
