I have a 2006 393 and at low speeds I let it spin in neutral to keep the speed up. But when speed gets over 7 knots I lock(reverse gear) it up to stop vibration and wear Sent from my iPhone... |

The glue has a life span even well stored. 10-15 years hypalon glue Pvc glue 5-10 years. Welded pvc would maybe be as long as the material was ok. That has been my experience so far. |

A galvanic isolator and earth leakage device cover most of the issues. If your going around the world and want to be able to plug into 230 and 110 then the isolation transformer is a great idea... |

Green stuff?
I was asked by a client today if this green stuff is from stray currents? 70s timber trawler and the picture is of the stuffing box. Is this normal corrosion? Is there a solution? 85249 |
