No taxes if you are a non-resident of PR and you leave within 60 days. You may be able to get permission to extend the 60 days to get work done, etc.

The REC BMS is a good find. The DC-DC converter seems a lot more elegant than a heater (resistor) on top the battery to balance the cells. Though, is it possible to disengage the REC balancing...
