Financing a boat under LLC?

As a Canadian, financing a boat in the US is almost impossible. But I was wondering if it is possible if we created an LLC in say, Delaware?

Plastic bags are floating in the ocean with zero barnacles. No assumption - That’s the evidence. Seemingly smooth ( gel coat) is not enough. It has to be microscopically smooth.

No, not painting. Although, there is a patent application by a Chinese university for a vinyl-based antifouling paint. I was thinking wrapping like sponsor logos.

I had a brain-wave the other night. We've seen cars with vinyl wrap and it seems very durable. Could it be used as anti-fouling? heck, wrap the whole thing - from deck seam to deck seam. Thoughts?
