Is there such thing as a secure mooring where a launch can be left un attended for 6 months a year,in the bay of islands area. or are dry storage and or a mooring berth the only options.

any ideas...

My intention is to go north of auckland. but still not sure of dry storage as opposed to a mooring cost. and what is the advantage of a swing bridge mooring. is it secure....
