Thanks RamblinRod, this is good advice. There aren't too many things in life that we can say with certainty we won't replace, so I'll try not to get "too" hung up on purchasing the "perfect boat."

Yeah, the long term aspects of living on board will take some getting used to. Truly, as I have seen in this forum, a great starting point is to simply get down to the dock and see what's happening....
