Do you need to fill out a customs application if one wants to stay in a marina for 5-6 mos. in BVI? Still waiting on customs reply. or do you have to roll the dice and leave...come back in every 28...

Thank you. No... It's not an auto inflating life raft. It's a Tinker 9 ft self inflated. Just didn't know if better to ship 55# to BVI and have to pay an import tax. Or better to ship to St. Thomas...
