World Cruising with Hunter 23

Just bought a 1987 Hunter 23 wing keel boat to sail to Florida keys then to England. I am going to set it up for singlehand sailing and also do some modifications to the boat for the trip. Any ideas...

Check out ebay, there are a lot of south florida boats going very cheep. Stay away from the donated boats. You normally can not check them out prior to bidding.

Go for it and have fun, you only live one time and for a very short time. I lived on the keys as a kid, could not save any money so I moved inland. Now I have so many things I can not go back.:smile:

I race and sell Catalina because everyone knows someone that owned one. But for my own use the Hunter if far better built boat. I would stay with the two digit boat verse the three digit newer boats....
