As long as you do not have to pay the mooring fees. Try a mooring in the South of France or Spain and pay double the price.

Have you ever calculated how much fuel you can buy for the price of a mast, rigging, winches, sails, roller furler etc? Unless you cruise for a few years you will never get your return on investment...
