Poland inland waterways

Looking for info about cruising inland between Gdansk and Berlin. Does anyone know if this is possible? Our draft is 85cm (motorboat).

Entering Italy regs

Does anyone have any information on the requirements for entering Italy from another EU country in a non-EU flagged, non-VAT paid boat but with only EU nationals on board?

Surely there is no legal basis for "probably be considered"?
