Great responses. I'm seeing $12-16 ft for slippage, excluding the cost of maintaining the boat. Would $20k be a reasonable estimate for annual maintenance?

We booked through Moorings. They had a boat I really wanted to sail and spend some time on. I'm looking to sail my own boat through these waters in a few years. :)

Mono alright for Abaco?

First trip to the Abacos in June. Charter company has a 43 mono and several cats. Prefer to sail a the mono, but given the shallow depths, maybe the cat? Thoughts? Many thanks!

What can we expect weather wise? One of the beauties of the BVI is steady weather and warm water - more important with kiddies. Any info on this subject is much appreciated.
