Anyone Sailing in the Great Lakes' basin or it's tributaries in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, or Ontario....I guess you can join if you're from Vermont of Quebec if you really want too... (i'm only kidding, everyone with even a mild interest in sailing the big lakes should join, regardless of residency.)
