Re: Is this a Yacht?

Of course it's not a yacht. It's a floating Cat House.

Re: Is this a Yacht?

It's a yacht if used for pleasure.

Otherwise it is probably someone's tax deduction.

Re: Is this a Yacht?

It's probably only shards and splinters by now if the "yachtie" is downstairs on CF and hasn't noticed what off his port bow.

No problem being on CF. With one of these even lighthouses change course to avoid.

Re: Is this a Yacht?

I was always under the impression that supermegayachts, ( larger than commercial passenger cruiseliners), aside. If I bought it from a yacht broker, and keep it at a yacht club, and it is bigger than the yachts formerly owned by celebrities of a few years ago before the mega rich. Then it is in fact a yacht.

yacht [ yot ]noun (plural yachts)Definition: 1. sailboat: a sailboat, often one that has living quarters and is used for cruising or racing
2. motorboat for cruising: a large motorboat used for cruising

Yacht lengths generally range from 8 metres (26 ft) up to dozens of metres (hundreds of feet). A luxury craft smaller than 12 metres (39 ft) is more commonly called a cabin cruiser or simply "cruisers."

OMG I have a yacht. Now I have to spend money on a fancy hat and a blazer. Will that go with torn jeans and Crocs.
