Plastimo Navik self steering wind vane . The unit is complete minus the plywood "semi circle" as well as mounting brackets . Both are very easily fabricated.
There is also a small crack on the turret mount (see pic) that can be glued , but seems fine as is.


Also included is a copy of the original installation and users manual.

This unit needs a little TLC , but can be up and running quickly ...and cheaply.
