Want To Buy: Wanted 36' Open Condo Moorage in North Puget Sound

Want to purchase 36' or 40' open boat moorage slip to moor our 32' sailboat. Boat dimensions are 36' LOA by a 12' Beam. 30A power required. Would prefer to purchase from private owner to avoid unnecessary brokerage fees. Prefer Skyline Marina in Anacortes but the slip could be anywhere from Anacortes to Bellingham.
