Saving our Raymarine/Navionics Track

We are sellling our boat and want to save our routes traveled but we aren’t computer savvy. Can anyone inform us as to download our travels? We have a Raymarine e95 Touch Hybrid chart plotter, and SD cards from Navionics for US & Bahamas and eastern Caribbean.
Any help or direction is appreciated. TIA

Insert a micro-SD card in the empty slot. From memory- go to routes/Tracks/export, pick the right card. Should export in .gpx format which is universal.
