Torqeedo motor seal replacement

Did anyone ever do this?
From what I can make out it has 2 o rings and a shaft seal. I want to replace mine before it leaks inside. Afterwards I will coat the joins in sealant.
Surely someone has done this…but no evidence on here so far.

oh come on, really, really , you gave it back to them for them to undo the 4 bolts and put new seals in… really, all of you did this!!! unbelievable, unbelievable!!!

oh, no you didn’t, even worse, you just let the water in by not doing the maintenance… i just don’t get it… not one torqeedo owner capable of undoing bolts and replacing orings….
