re: M/Y Top Gun dumps garbage in the Exuma Park, caught on camera

I didn't realize we are the judge, jury, prosecutor and inquisition here on CF. I thought the forum had another purpose, plus.... there's no video of the dumping actually happening, only some gossip of it existing and some photos that could have been staged. Welcome to the USSA.

You have no idea what you are talking about, the links to the boat that SuW mentioned was another boat entirely going by the same name, that boat is a Sports fisher not a gin palace with Sea-doos, the links to that boat have been removed to save that boat owner getting tangled up in this carp....!

I can't see the picture where they are dumping the trash overboard. Which one is it. The trash pile you show seems to be on land.

One shot shows the dinghy heading off with bags of trash.. another shows their return and the third shows the trash I presume they tossed ashore.

Thanks Boatman. I couldn't figure it out. I was assuming they dumped it overboard. You know what they say about assuming?

Not overboard, they dumped it on land while being filmed.
Not the brightest guys in the world.
The Park Warden was alerted immediately as crew and pax on other boats witnessed the whole thing.
Perhaps the garbage contains evidence such as cocktail napkins and other stuff with the boat name on it..Hope so.
Dumping garbage on land or in the water is a big No-No in the Exuma park, the boat can be impounded, see Park Rules above.

Is there a link to the video? The original post shows up as still images for me.

My guess is there is more to this story than 3 photos and a third hand report.

Maybe the crew of a $4 million yacht feels the value of their boat justifies their actions.

Perhaps the owner and his family were aboard and the Captain was told to get rid of that stinky stuff or else. Or maybe aliens used mind control and compelled them to do it, but who cares? If they dumped trash in a park they should pay the penalty.

At least it’s better than dumping it in the ocean

That trash will be covered with DNA ! All they need is a cheek swab and they're busted. You can run but you can't hide ! John Wayne once said. Hanging's too good for them ! I hope they throw the book at them and take the boat ! Then word would get out and nobody will dump their trash in Parks anymore ! They'll wait till they're out in the ocean to dump it so they're long gone by the time it washes up on shore along with some different varieties of marine life !

I was confused myself but kept reading further before just throwing in my "observation"...
