Hi there, Gordon's Bay is my hometown I am now in the USA. I also have poodles and are new to sailing, where is the most convenient place to make their toilet and how did you train yours?

Heloo Sonia, I am also new to sailing, have not trained the dog yet, you can search in this forum there are some good hints. Poodles are intelligent so I am confident she will make he grade. I would try some of that immitation grass, put it on the foredeck, very important is to get the dog to wear a harnass else it might fall overboard.

Knew a guy years ago, that had a Golden Retriever. He had trained the dog to use a piece of netting with a line tied to it. Once the dog used it he'd just toss the net in the water and drag it through the water for awhile.
