Paint brand/type for Pacific Seacraft trim?

Does anyone happen to know what brand/type of paint was used for the stripe (blue if that matters) under the gunwhale on a 1989 Pacific Seacraft 34?

I'm wondering why you would use vinyl striping which is available in lots of colors and you can do it yourself. I did my yacht the other day and while it's not perfect it looks good

I have no idea where you live but the tape is available from many suppliers including this one on eBay (I'd watch the quality of the tape as you wouldn't want to be replacing it every few years)

I'm pretty sure that's blue gelcoat, not paint. At least on my 2002 PSC.
